Part A: About Business
1.Q: what is your payment term?
A: Our standard payment term could be T/T, L/C, etc.

2.Q: what is your minimum order?
A: It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20' full container, with mixed products, such as tiles, countertops, stone carvings and so on. But this doesn't mean that we don't accept LCL container (less than a container load)

3.Q: What is your standard minimum order for slabs?
A: In China, the standard thickness for granite slabs is 2cm. The standard thickness for marble slabs is 1.8cm. Therefore, for 1.8cm marble slabs and 2cm granite slabs, you could buy some small quantity (some bundles). If you require 2.5cm/3cm granite slabs, or 2cm/3cm marble slabs, the minimum order should be at least one or two 20'full container. Also this minimum quantity depends on the colors you're buying.

4.Q: Could I get a sample?
A: Yes, normally our stone samples are all free of charge. But we will send the samples based on freight collect except for our long-term partner. Therefore, sometimes you're requested to provide a courier service account number (Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc.)

5.Q: How could I get to know how much stone I could load per 20' container?
A: In Xiamen Port of China, we could load the maximum gross weight of 27 tons into one 20'container. Therefore, how much stone you could load per 20' container depends on the weight limit on the roads or railway of your country. The density of stone colors ranges from 2600 to 3000KGS per cubic meter. The marble is around 2600KGS per cubic meter. The granite is around 2700KGS per cubic meter except for black granite with a density of 3000KGS per cubic meter. Please note that there should be at least 1000KGS held for the weight of the wooden crates. Therefore, for America, the quantity per 20' container load is as follows.

6. Q: Could you guarantee your quality? How?
A: For each order,  no matter it is small order or big order,  we will have our Quality Inspectors to check every piece or set of stone products before shipment very carefully.  The Quality Inspectors will communicate between the factory director and the salesperson.  During production, if there is any question or any dispute on quality, the Quality Inspectors will do the report to the people concerned and find a solution about it.  It is our principle that we will not ship any unqualified goods to our customers.

7. Q: How do you prevent the stone products from breakage?
A: First,  we have professional workers, who are specialized in designing and making various wooden crates or bundles. For different products, such as tiles, countertops, tub surrounds, fireplace surrounds, slabs, they have different way to strengthen the packaging of the goods.
Second, for each shipment, we will have the company staff to go to the Port and watch the goods successfullly loaded into the container. They will instruct the dockworkers to strengthen the wooden bundles or crates,  and tell the dockworkers how to make the crates or bundles firmly loaded into the container.  Especially some crates couldn't be put under another one, sometimes.  Besides, they will take the photos of container loading and make sure that every crates or bundles are shipped in good conditions.

8. Q:  How many are the maximum colors if we buy one container of countertops or tiles?
A:  Normally about 4-6 colors. It is easier for us if you buy no more than 4 colors (say 2-3 colors) and we appreciate it.  Especially for some foreign/imported granite or marble, they are not so popular. If you buy many colors for one container,  it will make us inefficient and the cost will be really high.

Part B: About Stone

1.Q: Doesn't granite scratch?
A: Granite is the least susceptible of any product to scratches. It is the second hardest natural substance next to diamond and holds its luster forever. [b]

2.Q: Is granite easy to seal?
A: Sealing granite is easier than polishing furniture. Simply spray on the sealer and wipe it off with a soft cloth. There is no scrubbing or buffing involved and a quart of sealant will last you a lifetime.

3.Q: How does granite deal with heat?
A: Granite is completely impervious to heat. Unlike synthetics that can be easily damaged from a hot pot or pan, you can place any scorching hot or icy cold item directly on the stone without a worry.

4.Q: What is the granite's third dimension?
A: The third dimension of depth is one of the key ways that granite sets itself apart from synthetic materials. Unlike synthetics, granite reflects light back into the room to create a luminance and feeling that can't be duplicated.
